How do I know if my team got through to the regional final?

14-16 category

You will recieve a call or email from your local Education Business Partnership by the end of Friday 21 November if your school or college has got through to the regional final. If you would like to find out where your regional final will be then have a look at our finals page.

16-19 category

There aren’t any regional finals for this category, the entries are judged by a panel of expert judges and the top ten entrants in the category will be asked to come to the national final on Tuesday 9 December. You will be contacted by the end of Friday 28 November if you have got through to the national finals.

Did you give your students an extra challenge?

banaWe had just over 55,000 students taking part in the Challenge this week, can you guess how many crates (supermarket banana boxes) it takes to hold 55,000 bananas?

The answer was 550 crates as on average a crate holds 100 bananas. The two closest answers were submitted by Wakefield College and Filsham Valley School, a signed banana is on it’s way to you now- congratulations!
